Payments Policy
Buyers can make payments on Pietra using one of the following payment options:
Paytm/ Direct bank transfers/ Card Payment / UPI / COD.
There can be an additional charge on COD or orders below a certain amount which will be shown to you in the order details before you confirm the order or make the payment.

Shipment processing time
We will process all orders within 1-2 business days except for any customized orders or orders in very large quantities which would make us make suitable arrangements to fulfill the order in time. We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
In case of high demand or high volume orders, a slight delay in order fulfillment can be expected.
We will keep you updated about the order processing through SMS/ WhatsApp messages/ emails/ telephonic calls. Any unexpected delay in order fulfillment will be intimated to you in advance via the communication channels mentioned above.
Deliver estimates
In the majority of cases, delivery to all major locations across India is completed within 6-7 business days. However, the delivery time may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances. Our continuous efforts are directed towards making timely delivery to our customers and ensuring happy experiences. If, in case, we fail to deliver the order within 45 days of order placement, we shall automatically issue a refund for the order.
Any dispute related to order delivery including missing items, empty packets, marked delivered but not received, incorrect items and such must be brought to Pietra’s notice within 72 hours of the delivery. After 72 hours, we will assume that the order has been successfully delivered to you.

We partner with leading logistics companies to swiftly fulfill our orders. The choice of carrier depends on several factors including availability, pricing, and serviceability in the required pin code.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we shall inform you the same via SMS/ WhatsApp message/ email. We will also offer you a tracking number to track the order.
