  • In terms of quality or manufacturing defects, we will issue a refund / exchange to you only once. The one-time exchange / return rule is also applicable if you receive a defective item or an incorrect product.
  • We hold the right to check the product for against your complaints and approve the return requests.
  • We hold all the rights to resolve your return / exchange requests considering the nature of our products. Every return or exchange is treated as an individual case.

To return / exchange any product:

We regret that you did not like your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you must contact our customer care team at connectpietra@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with the below-mentioned information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for returning the project
  • An image of the item

If the request for return / exchange gets approved a return pick-up is scheduled within 1-2 business days. At the time of the pickup, please produce the product used and in its original packing.

We try our best to replace the item /s at the earliest however, it can take up to 21 days from pick up to delivery of the replacement.
